ARTNATURE BANGLADESH LIMITED. is located at Lot No. C16, BSEZ, Sonpara, Panchrukhi via Rupganj, Araihazar, Narayanganj-1460, Bangladeash and is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, exporting and importing of hairpieces such as toupees, wigs, wiglets and the like including hair accessories and ornaments, all makes and kinds as well as any all materials including human hair and synthetic hair supplies.
Artnature Bangladesh Limited. is a subsidiary company of Artnature Inc. Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. To support our new plant at BSEZ, we are looking for candidates who are interested to join in the mentioned position and want to be a part of the company from it’s very beginning of operation in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities:
Source and collect manpower (mainly workers) for factory operations through field-based recruitment activities.
Conduct recruitment campaigns and communicate with potential candidates to motivate and encourage them to join the company.
Visit different Technical Training Institutes, vocational centers, job fairs, career events and local recruitment hubs to collect manpower.
Coordinate with NGOs, local government offices and other local stakeholders for manpower sourcing.
Maintain regular communication with local influential persons and community representatives to build a strong recruitment network.
Support recruitment interview arrangements, initial screening, and candidate evaluation process.
Assist in preparing recruitment documentation such as interview sheets, candidate files, joining forms, and other HR paperwork.
Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker and reporting updates as required by the HR Department.
Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates regarding joining schedule, required documents, and onboarding process.
Support orientation and joining formalities of newly recruited workers.
Ensure smooth communication between factory HR and candidate sources.
Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when required.
