Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare, arrange and compile documents for food safety, lab accreditation, Quality and related compliance documents.
Ensure compliance with regulations set by the food & commodities regulatory authority (i.e. Food Safety Authority).
Maintain an up-to-date liaison with QC, QA, and PD for arranging all types of documents.
Keep up-to-date information with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines like BDS Standard (BSTI), BFSA, Pure Food law, packaging rules, and QR Code.
Keep Liaison with compliance / regulatory bodies like ISO 22000, ISO 17025·
Compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
