Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage overall administrative activities related to the sales department.

  • Prepare and circulate company memos, notices, and announcements as required.

  • Supervise and monitor the activities of PROs to ensure efficiency and relevance to business needs.

  • Plan, assign, and monitor staff duties, including preparing work schedules.

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for sales roles (e.g., SR, TH, RH, CSR, and similar positions).

  • Manage employee relations within the sales team and promote a positive and productive work environment.

  • Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to sales operations.

  • Coordinate with department heads to address HR and administrative requirements effectively.

  • Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies and procedures.
