Garments, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate is to be experienced in working with reputed European & American buyers.
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible for managing all the activities related to order taking, Merchandising & timely shipment of export shoes effectively & efficiently.
∎ Pre-costing calculation as well as negotiation skills to fix the final shoe price.
∎ Order management files have to be maintained daily. Check and ensure every order is as per buyer requirements and confirm shoe delivery date.
∎ Weekly order feedback creation from Buyer direct link for individual PO.
∎ Weekly CPT file maintenance (As per BOM which materials are in housed, WIP, pipelines)
∎ Materials requisition creation (BOM) for every order and provide to SCM and planning for next steps processing.
∎ Confirm and cross-check all materials PI as per validated costing price.
∎ Candidates will get preference who have shoe ERP knowledge and practical experience.
∎ Responsible for Sample query, CBD sheet, and order sheet for individual articles and orders in the ERP system.
∎ To generate BOM (Bill of Materials) for individual order sheets.
∎ Continuous communication with the buyer and material suppliers to meet buyer requirements & to ensure cross-functional activities with the R&D, planning, and SCM team.
