Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare operational plan from start to completion for group and units
∎ Assign CP for each task
∎ Define and maintain the time frame for tasks
∎ Provide list of deliverables to the CPs
∎ Budget Analysis
∎ Communicate task-related info with stakeholders
∎ Coordinate internal and external business meetings
∎ Industry trend-business and operation
∎ Track task/ project progress
∎ Efficiency and progress analysis
∎ Provide feedback on progress and efficiency
∎ Take corrective actions
∎ Prepare concise reports for management
∎ Provide comments and improvement plans
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
