  • Exceptional communication skills for liaising between shop floor, management, and other departments



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee daily production to meet schedules and targets

  • Manage manpower and assign duties to the production team

  • Plan and coordinate production schedules with other departments like Sales and Planning

  • Monitor equipment and perform basic troubleshooting or schedule maintenance

  • Record and manage production data, batch codes, and ensure lot tracking for traceability

  • Ensure all products meet company specifications and quality control standards

  • Implement and monitor adherence to food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP, SQF)

  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment in compliance with all regulations

  • Build a structured, accountable, and high-performing team through clear communication and documented processes

  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for efficiency gains

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Assist with budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation

  • Liaise with procurement, inventory, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth workflow
