• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology/EEE/ME from reputed public or private university with good academic records

• 5 to 9 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Retail Store, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Dairy

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Specific experience in spice, flavor, or FMCG manufacturing is a significant advantage

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address production challenges

• Exceptional communication skills for liaising between shop floor, management, and other departments

• Oversee daily production to meet schedules and targets

• Manage manpower and assign duties to the production team

• Plan and coordinate production schedules with other departments like Sales and Planning

• Monitor equipment and perform basic troubleshooting or schedule maintenance

• Record and manage production data, batch codes, and ensure lot tracking for traceability

• Ensure all products meet company specifications and quality control standards

• Implement and monitor adherence to food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP, SQF)

• Maintain a clean, safe working environment in compliance with all regulations

• Build a structured, accountable, and high-performing team through clear communication and documented processes

• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for efficiency gains

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Assist with budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation

• Liaise with procurement, inventory, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth workflow
