Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
∎ Smoothly Managing the Payroll operation/management with company policy
∎ Oversee updating HR database & employee attendance and leave
∎ Maintaining manpower planning & budgeting procedure.
∎ Conduct training: Training requirement & budget
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
∎ Maintain legal compliance with labour laws & regulation and handle HR documentation
∎ Conducting employee’s performance & evaluations
∎ Ensuring employee Bank account
∎ Prepare the TA/DA bill as per company policy
∎ To Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies with the overall business strategy of the company
∎ To monitor overall administrative issue and logistics support for administrative operations
∎ Handling employee related issues and grievances.
∎ Oversee and execute disciplinary actions.
