Education:

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy

Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and inventory control best practices.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper safety and security of the warehouse with the concept of the Over Manager.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain book bound ledger and records of the store manually as well as with ERP software.
Motivate the team or working forces for the smooth operation of weighing, loading,
Unloading and delivery of Finished Products.
Ensure materials management as per cGMP, Storage conditions and SOP as established through
ISO-9001: 2015 version, with the maximum utilization of space.
Supervise all receive / issue of goods/ materials and proper placement of goods and update Bin
Card & Bin Summary, etc.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of stock.
Maintain up-to-date computerized Inventory stock with the help of the Over Manager and circulate to the relevant department where required for better planning.
To ensure good working relationship with other departments for efficient flow of materials to feed back the production Department to achieve the Sales target.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness as per SOP # 001 to avoid contamination and hazardous working environment
Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient stock management and replenishment.
