Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
∎ Verify employee attendance, overtime, leaves and deductions for payroll calculations.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations and company policies related to payroll.
∎ Maintain payroll records and generate periodic reports for management.
∎ Assist in payroll audits and resolve discrepancies or errors.
∎ Administer employee compensation structures, including salary adjustments, increments and bonuses.
∎ Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, provident funds, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
∎ Ensure proper deductions and contributions for employee benefits and statutory requirements.
∎ Monitor market trends to recommend competitive compensation strategies.
∎ Assist in designing and implementing incentive programs for employees.
∎ Support performance-based reward distribution and salary increment processes.
∎ Maintain records of employee rewards, bonuses and other recognition programs.
