  • Active personal presence on social media with a notable follower base (preferred).

  • Strong network with influencers, content creators, and agencies in the beauty/wellness/lifestyle industry.

  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and trend-savvy Assistant Manager, Social Media Management & Creative Content to create engaging digital content and strengthen the online presence of a prominent foreign lifestyle and wellness brand in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be skilled at producing original content — including in-store videos, product unboxing, and creative storytelling — while also managing influencer collaborations. Candidates with an established personal social media following will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and create original content (videos, reels, stories, posts) featuring in-store activities, product highlights, unboxing, and lifestyle usage.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand brand visibility and engagement.
  • Act as a creative face for the brand by occasionally appearing in brand content or hosting live sessions.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor social trends, viral formats, and competitor activity to adapt content strategies.
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including selection, negotiation, briefing, and content quality checks.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, queries, and DMs in a timely manner.
  • Track performance of creative content and influencer collaborations, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s premium image while resonating with the local audience.
