Responsibilities & Context:

We are a 100% export oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for "Assistant Manager" position of Store Department. The incumbent must have the initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high quality results.

  • Maintaining & following up of Stock Register of all Imported Oriented Items.

  • To ensure requirements of all accessories according to buyer’s demand.

  • To ensure all accessories are supplied to the factory according to consumption.

  • To ensure all accessories inventory.

  • Maintaining of Stock Register of all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment.

  • Maintaining all Stock Register By the Bin Card System.

  • To Face The Annual Inventory With The External & Internal Auditor.

  • To ensure make swatch and approval after receiving accessories.

  • To ensure continuous communication with suppliers.

  • To ensure that all remaining accessories are reported to the management after shipment.

  • Maintaining & follow up of PI, L/C, Shipment Schedule (ETD & ETA)

  • Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front.

  • Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.

  • Any other responsibilities provided by reporting head and the management .
