• Able to conduct patient safety & counseling.

• Good communication skills needed.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturing factory, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytical candidate for the "Medical Officer" position. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

• Manage the Medical service provided by the plant.

• Execute different Health Campaigns and Programs for the workers.

• Prepare and Provide awareness on common injuries or sicknesses of the plant.

• Prepare and Provide awareness on hygienic best practices for the workers and the employees.

• Ensure age and health Verification system of the plant during recruitment and other times of need.

• Ensure the Verification of Permanent disability, occupational disease, incurable disease, and mental disease.

• Ensure the Monthly follow-up for the pregnant workers, and provide necessary information about important vitamins, calcium and iron related to pregnancy.

• Provide Counselling on the risk of pregnancy, postnatal, neonatal care, and breastfeeding.

• Be responsible for the accomplishment of the monthly vaccination program.

• Provide training to First Aid brigade members and First Aid box keepers.

• Approve medical bills related to workplace accidents and sickness from external hospitals.

• Approve internal and external sick leave and make the fitness report.

• Approve all maternity leave.
