• C-TPAT Compliance & Its Factory Auditing Issues

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 32 to 42 years

• Audit experience is required for OEKOTEX, GRS, OCS, CTPAT Scan, STW Lean & Technical Audit, WRAP, CSR, ISO Audit, FSA Audit, other buyer audits, etc.

• Experience of working in denim/woven factories is a must.

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.

• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla is required.

• Demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude is required.

• Should be self-motivated, honest, sincere and hard working.

We are a 100% export oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for "Assistant Manager" position of QMS & Technical Compliance Department. The incumbent must have the initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high quality results.

• To follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements for the factory. Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
• To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.
• Lead the quality control and management system in cutting, sewing, and finishing sections.
• Train up all quality inspectors, and quality staff about basic quality requirements, quality concepts, and quality policies.
• Develop and update quality SOP and Quality Manual for good quality management.
• Work on total Quality Management, Implementation and Continual Improvement of the factory.
• Perform internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section heads for improvement.
• Keep all quality documentation & SOP of quality up to date and share with the management as and when needed.
• Manage & monitor trims & accessories inspection department & work with the merchandising team to reduce defects from the supplier end.
• Implement 5S housekeeping in the workplace and train every department about 5S.
• Manage & monitor sample department for on-time sample submission, quality & changes in the sample for better productivity & quality.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve quality.
• Perform any other assignments given by management.
