Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing RM & PM requisition and provide to business to avoid production hamper regarding shortfall of RM & PM
∎ Monitoring closely daily checklist of all maintenance work, machine logbook, Generator logbook, spare parts consumption
∎ Ensuring the proper product quality and benchmark for each & every consignment
∎ Receiving quality-related complaints and take the necessary measures to solve the quality problems
∎ Developing and maintaining the production process, inventory maintains a process to control the factory overhead cost
∎ Maintaining stock of raw materials & packing materials etc. for running production and ensure supply for the following day's production
∎ Forecasting monthly usages for certain raw & packing materials
∎ Ensuring daily pre-production assemblies and checking job cards
∎ Controlling and Co-ordinating activities of production in-charge and supervisors
∎ Developing a standard operating process to control wastage in a cost-effective manner
∎ Ensuring process loss within permissible limited
∎ Drafting a timescale for each job and measure the performance
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials, etc
∎ To arrange the product's orientation and learning session for factory QC Officer, Assembler, Helper, Supervisors
∎ Support & follow up the products available at all depots Closely monitor the depot wise stock (salable & damage/ fuse)
∎ Preparing monthly QC reports and submitting them to the stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Knowledge about Quality of Electrical Product
∎ Knowledge about Inventory Management
∎ Having an understanding of Factory assembly line of production
∎ Having planning and organizing & decision-making capacity
∎ Having interest and commitment to the job
