1.    Prior experience in the military, preferably as a Senior Warrant Officer or Commissioned Officer, as well as in law enforcement or security services, will be considered an advantage.

2.    Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage security teams effectively.

3.    Excellent knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and crisis management.

4.    Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bangla.

5.    Ability to handle conflicts, emergencies, and security incidents with sound judgment.

6.    Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems.

1.    Ensure the effective implementation of security and safety measures across the factory premises, including movable and immovable assets.

2.    Prevent and control theft, pilferage, and unauthorized use of company property.

3.    Organize and supervise regular physical training (P.T.) and drill sessions for security personnel to improve discipline and preparedness.

4.    Conduct regular inspections of security posts and ensure strict adherence to vigilance and security protocols.

5.    Submit daily/periodic security reports to management and recommend corrective measures when necessary.

6.    Maintain peace, discipline, and order within factory premises and residential areas.

7.    Monitor and control the entry and exit of authorized visitors, contractors, and suppliers.

8.    Verify and inspect all incoming materials and outgoing finished products to prevent loss or damage.

9.    Safeguard employees, officers, and workers from external threats and ensure protection of life and property.

10.  Review and approve duty rosters prepared by the Security Inspector to ensure adequate deployment of security staff.

11.  Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required.

12.  Perform any other tasks assigned by the Departmental Head.
