Job Context:
∎ A reputed Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidate as Assistant Manager (Garments Quality) to ensure quality of Carrefour Buyer’s products.
∎ Job location for the position is at Factory office, near Mawna, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be the head of quality self-inspection team and will be responsible to ensure production of quality products exclusively for buyer Carrefour.
∎ He will act as a quality auditor & will be responsible to ensure quality of knit garments products in every steps of production from cutting to packing.
∎ He should be able to find out faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions, set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized and ensure on time shipment of quality products.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to ensure quality of Carrefour Buyer's knit products, are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have skills to make effective mail correspondences with buyer.
∎ If you have worked with Carrefour Buyer please mention in the CV.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in the quality department (dealt with Carrefour Buyer) in Knit Garment Industry, out of which 2 years in senior position.
∎ Candidate should be able to establish quality parameters in the department
∎ He should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of knit garments i.e. cutting, sewing & finishing.
∎ Should have adequate computer skills to communicate with buyers effectively
