Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with the factory head always about the product of each item during production
∎ Monitoring & improving overall QA of finished bags
∎ Evaluating final output of products (FIBC bag, 1Ply & 2 Ply cement bag & others) to determine their production quality as per work order
∎ Control and guide the daily work and ensure the safety of the laboratory activities
∎ Wastage management planning and ensuring its effectiveness.
∎ Investigation and follow-up on buyer claims and ensure satisfaction
∎ Implementing quality management systems, quality plans, and controls to achieve plant objectives
∎ Train and develop the assigned staff to provide specific knowledge
∎ Monitoring section-wise quality activity
∎ Training section-wise quality activity
∎ One of the largest poly and paper sack manufacturing industries is currently in search of an assistant manager for quality assurance. This role entails supporting the quality assurance efforts within the manufacturing process and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in quality assurance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams.
