∎ Care Nutrition Ltd. is the Bangladesh subsidiary of Frontier Nutrition, Inc., a U.S. company based in New Haven, Connecticut. We are looking for Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance and R&D who will take care of the quality assurance procedure of our brand(s). Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities and new ideas.
∎ Job Location: Care Nutrition Limited Factory, Nanakhi, Sonargaon, Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
∎ Responsible for developing new and improved formulations for Chocolate and Soft Drink Powder kind of products.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to production and QA process SOPs.
∎ Ensure testing of finished product according to critical parameters and batch release assessment.
∎ Responsibly handle non-conforming products. Ensure proper documentation as per SOP.
∎ Assure reliable and consistent production by checking processes and final output.
∎ Execute stability and safety testing of finished products.
∎ Responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Food Safety Management System (FSMS) & Safety Standards.
∎ Continuously review and analyze the formulation ingredients, packaging & process required for cost effectiveness and improvement in product quality, stability and shelf life.
∎ Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.
∎ Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
∎ Manage corrective action process on quality/food safety issue to avoid re-occurrence with continuous improvement.
∎ Modify the process where necessary to improve the product safety.
∎ Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints.
∎ Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
∎ Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality
∎ Prepare internal SOP's based on Quality & Safety Standards.
∎ Work on product stability and shelf life extension studies.
∎ Identify and proactive solve quality issues by collecting and analyzing quality data.
∎ Manage and monitor quality of packing & production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Production, Maintenance and Projects
∎ Sound knowledge in FMCG production and process
∎ Proven experience as a quality assurance executive or relevant role.
∎ Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
∎ Computer knowledge for general application.
∎ Willing to Work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
