Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience should be steel structure related cutting, fitting, fabricating, welding & painting etc.
∎ Should be able to formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOPs in the factory.
∎ Vast Knowledge about AWS ,CSWIP,NDT,WPS,WPQR,WQTR,ITP
∎ Important to developed the quality system.
∎ Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ To conduct a pre-production meeting and Increase quality awareness.
∎ Doing regular inspection to check the quality of product
∎ Follow up Pre- Final inspection
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality format every day.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ Preferred NDT Level -2 (on UT,RT, DPT,MPI)
∎ Time to time other duties assigned by management.
