Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/IPE/Food Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare weekly production plan as per Sales demand in alignment with RM & PM availability and self-life.
∎ Ensure optimum Jar production planning and RM/PM availability according to production plan.
∎ Determine the process losses of production work centre and minimize the losses.
∎ Ensure daily production volume by organizing optimum production schedules according to daily plan.
∎ Ensuring routine maintenance of production equipment in candy lines.
∎ Identify and analyze issues hampering productivity and developing practices in existing manufacturing process for quality products and timely delivery.
∎ Determine the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labour, to meet production goals.
∎ Prepare the SOP for all operational work station to ensure safe working condition.
∎ Prepare and update the documentation of production process data to comply the food safety.
∎ Conducting trials with R&D for new products/recipe and packaging for new packing materials.
∎ Conducting monthly training to SFEs on SOP, Quality control, best documentation practice and safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years of experience in food/confectionery industry.
∎ Energetic, strong work ethic, self-motivated to learn new things and implement new ideas.
∎ Strong collaboration, self-motivated, result driven, team work skills and able to work independently.
∎ Readiness to work under pressure in shift.
∎ Proficiency in English & Bengali language with good MS office, SAP operation skills.
