Proven experience in assemble/production.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute the planning of daily, monthly and yearly battery production schedules.
Monitor electrode preparation, cell assembly, formation, aging and packing processes.
Ensure production targets are achieved within quality and safety standards.
Ensure process control and improvement.
Ensure defective cell isolation and root cause analysis.
Supervise operators, technicians and line leaders.
Provide technical guidance and on-job training.
Monitor raw material consuption and wastage control.
Prepare production MIS reports and efficiency analysis.
