Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
∎ Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure product feasibility and quality.
∎ Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Coordinate prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation for all products.
∎ Liaise with vendors and external partners for materials sourcing and development.
∎ Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Prepare reports and present project updates to senior management.
∎ Support product marketing initiatives including go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
∎ Source potential and quality suppliers from the competitive market on regular basis for the procurement of different materials and components.
