∎ Solid knowledge in solar products, renewable energy concepts, and solar project sales.
∎ Proven experience in sales or business development within the solar or renewable energy sector, with a track record of achieving targets.
∎ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
∎ Familiarity with the technical aspects of solar installations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Lead the prospecting and generation efforts to identify potentials for rooftop solar projects.
∎ 2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solar solutions.
∎ 3.Present and demonstrate SSREL's solar products and services to clients effectively.
∎ 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and deliver compelling project proposals.
∎ 5.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and solar technologies to effectively educate clients.
∎ 6.Conduct site visits, gather relevant data, and assess the feasibility of solar installations.
∎ 7.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
∎ 8.Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring their growth and success.
∎ 9.Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
