Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry/Chemistry/Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involvement in new product development.
∎ Coordinate in R&D management activities.
∎ HACCP study of product and process lines.
∎ Strengthen GMP, GLP, Good House Keeping and Food & Safety systems.
∎ Responsible for FTQ (First Time Quality)
∎ Monitor in process conditions, product quality and analysis parameter for immediate corrective actions.
∎ Plan, execute and evaluate the process on technological aspect to avoid any qualitative issue in the market.
∎ Work as a Food Safety Coordinator.
∎ Preparation of relevant SOPs and formats.
∎ Conduct training for the shop floor employees.
∎ Check RM compliance and artwork for each NPD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years of experience in food/confectionery industry.
∎ Energetic, strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work with leadership.
∎ Strong collaboration, interpersonal and team work skills.
∎ Readiness to work under pressure in shift.
∎ Proficiency in English & Bengali language with good MS office, SAP operation skills.
