FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, Product Development, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, evaluate and interpret scientific literature for product health claims / benefits, for dosing specification and for best ingredients form.
∎ Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor's products
∎ Conduct sensory evaluation of samples, analyze the data and report the result.
∎ Work closely with marketing team for updating the products status at market and take corrective action.
∎ Collect market complain through proper format and visit customer end as required.
∎ Develop new and/ or reformulation of existing food products based bulletproof criteria and specification.
∎ Improve process line as required
∎ Collect retention samples weekly basis and maintain taste report and take necessary corrective action (if required)
∎ Oversee certification and regulatory issues
∎ Maintain and preserve all PD related documents
