∎ Bachelors/ Masters degree in related subjects.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives.
∎ Analyze sales figures, customer's reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time- scales.
∎ Maximize customer interest and sales levels.
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
∎ Preparing job cards and coordinate with the production department to ensure customer's requirements from order to delivery.
∎ Remain up to date with industry's best practices.
∎ Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills.
∎ Commercial acumen and the ability to " decode" customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of related experience.
∎ Proven working experience in Marketing and Merchandising management.
∎ Work experience with Woven Garment Company will be preferable.
∎ Highly creative.
∎ Up- to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Bangla and English language.
∎ Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ According to the qualifications and experience.
