Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100 % export based Knit Composite Garments Factory located near Mawna, Gazipur is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager(QMS).
∎ The factory is producing 3.0 - 3.5 million pcs knit garments per month.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible to implement and look after the overall Quality Management System (QMS) related activities of the factory effectively and efficiently.
∎ Major jobs of the position are as follows:
∎ Ensure that the processes required for the QMS are designed, implemented & maintained properly.
∎ Assist to develop the quality manual with relevant documents.
∎ Create and develop quality SOPs, process flow charts and work instructions.
∎ Ensure Work Process and document control in accordance with approved SOPs.
∎ Assist to perform technical audits successfully
∎ Prepare all types of quality metrics and KPI reporting
∎ Conduct training program for development of the employees
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 5 yrs. of experience in the QMS department in Knit Garment Industry.
∎ Should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.
∎ Should have strong leadership & communication skills
∎ Should be sincere, self-motivated & result oriented
∎ Should have adequate Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mailing and internet uses.
