Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
∎ Receive quality-related complaints and take the necessary measures to solve the quality problems.
∎ Ensure proper product quality and benchmark for each & every consignment.
∎ Prepare monthly QC reports and submitting them to the stakeholders.
∎ Clearly defines all workflows, communicates documented processes, and ensures all practices are being refined and tuned with learnings.
∎ Develop and maintain the production process, inventory process to control the factory overhead cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Practical Experience in QC role with an outstanding record in the Electrical industry
∎ In depth understanding of process development and quality control procedures
