∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for performing overall Cutting activities of 40-50 lines (800-1000 machines) of the factory. He will have to ensure providing 60,000/- pieces garment cut pieces every day for smooth production of the mentioned garments lines.
∎ He will have to ensure timely cutting of knit fabrics to feed garments sewing lines as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase cutting productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in advertised Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Should have Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should have knowledge on software based marker making, CAD uses etc. to increase cutting efficiency
∎ Should be hard working, sincere, self-motivated & result oriented
