Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Execute the property acquisition strategy to ensure realizing the organization`s vision.
Closely work with associated departments (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
Encourage openness and trust both internally and externally for self & team motivation and team spirit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
