Experience in cold storage or related industry preferred.
Experience in cold storage design, machinery, or installation projects will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems (Ammonia / Freon systems).
Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
Ability to participate in technical discussions and solution development.
Willingness to travel for project visits and client meetings when necessary.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical support for cold storage projects, including design understanding and system configuration.
Assist the sales team with technical explanations and client consultations.
Attend technical meetings with clients and provide professional guidance on cold storage solutions.
Coordinate with engineering teams regarding project requirements, machinery specifications and installation support.
Prepare or review technical proposals, equipment specifications and quotations.
Support troubleshooting and after-sales technical service when required.
Stay updated on cold storage technology, refrigeration systems and industry standards.
