Responsibilities & Context:
Micro level Product Focus & select most suitable product type to the Sewing lines to minimize Change over & continue bulk Production (Closely follow up by PPC).
Conduct monthly Style review meeting (Risk Analyze), finalize best methods, and work aids to reduce SMV and Improve Productivity.
Strongly monitor Quick Changing Over (QCO) process with related teams and go for future improvements (follow SMED & Lean tools).
Capacity and manpower requirement evaluate of Production department (Cutting / Embroidery / Sewing / Washing / Finishing).
Analyze & balance monthly Machinery and Work aids requirement for both Factories.
Evaluate Quarterly Skill requirement and implement plan for develop Multi skilled workforce within the departments.
Monitoring & follow up Training School process meet the Sewer requirement based on the Loading.
Designing, modify and implementing incentive schemes for related to every department.
Facility layout designing, Analyzing VSM (Value stream mapping).
Monitor to implement various lean tools in the plant.
Layout design and analyze, improve factory layout to control excess operating time and increase efficiency.
Ensure balancing procedure for equal work distribution, accurate manpower allocation to reduce excess manpower and production improvement.
Suggest automation for existing manual process, Coaching and Leading Kaizen event
Drive BD FLAP team to create logic to develop business logic.
