Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) from any reputed university
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will add advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent.
∎ Provide recruiting solutions to complex staffing issues.
∎ Review and assess resumes and interview applications.
∎ Conduct background check of the prospective candidates.
∎ Determine and justify current manpower needs and forecast annual staff in associations with all the responsible persons.
∎ Create proper job profile and make advertisement in different social media & job portal which may attract ideal targeted potential candidates to apply.
∎ Participate and coordinate the interview board / session on behalf of Human Resources.
∎ Understand and maintain all sourcing and selection processes and policies and act according to implementation of the policy with zero% tolerance.
∎ Take proper steps and measures to ensure positive candidate experience and professional interactions, hospitality.
∎ Take the lead of the employment branding initiatives by arranging different events.
∎ Should be able to make organogram and maintain/update accordingly
∎ Make plan and establish a training and development strategy according to the needs of the organization strategic plan and longer-term goals
∎ Prepare annual training plan in each June and also forecast and prepare the training budget, take approval of it from the HR GM and make visual training calendar to ensure budget burning ration is matching as planned
∎ Create training and development plan for individual purpose that addresses the needs and expectations
∎ Prepare training materials for in-house courses and deploy several training methods for conducting in-house trainings which ensures that statutory training requirements are being met
∎ Prepare top quality orientation program plan and conduct the effective induction and orientation sessions
∎ Analyze and prepare the performance management systems and propose management with system driven, realistic and business achievable performance extraction systems.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities directly assigned by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 5 years in Managerial (Human Resource) Position
∎ HR policies development and implementation
∎ Core HR knowledge and operations
∎ Must be familiar with Bangladesh labor law, labor rules and factory rules
∎ Pleasant personality with positive attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Highly computer literate and various HR software
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill.
