Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with other Departmental Heads on Human Resources requirement
∎ To plan selection process and systems.
∎ Proposing Job Vacancy.
∎ Prepare approval sheet and note sheet for new joining employee.
∎ Prepare Offer Letter and Appointment Letter for new joining employee.
∎ To administer the Staff Performance Appraisal Review process for annual increment and confirmation.
∎ Up-Date Monthly Action list Schedule and also IHIS for employee resignation, termination absent, other disciplinary action record.
∎ Input new staff information for performance appraisal.
∎ Summarize final performance appraisal information in appraisal sheet
∎ To ensure that all staff claims and benefit enjoyed are in accordance with their Company's Input New Staff joining Information in IHIS and prepare personal file for record keeping. (Assign department)
∎ Prepare salary advice of all UHL staff Including nursing college & united medical college.
∎ To ensure that all staff data are updated in Human Resource Information System and their personal file.
∎ Prepare and check all new Joining Statement Report and send to accounts department.
∎ Prepare Festival Bonus sheet various occasion United hospital Limited. United nursing college, united medical college.
∎ Communicate with staff and handling matters such as allowances claim, salary payment, deductions, and adjustments.
∎ Maintenance of staff file and relevant details.
∎ Preparing Identification Card for new staff and existing staff including UCN staff and students.
∎ Checking and printing of staff attendance.
∎ Up-date All Employee replacement status pending recruitment status.
∎ Distributes ID card Accessories to the Staff and distribute proximity card.
∎ Up-date and Keep the distribution records of Proximity card.
∎ Update Existing Scanned Picture records every month.
∎ Distribute medical facilities form to all the staff.
∎ Keep Records of Newspaper & BD job advertisement.
∎ Input all clinician Doctor Leave in IHIS with proper records and Leave Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Excellent problem solving skill
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
∎ Language skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Experience in hospital/Hospitality sector will be preferred.
∎ Knowledge on Labor law is a must.
