Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct daily nursing rounds, gives instructions and ensures that instructions followed by the staffs.
∎ Ensure safe environment for both staff and patients.
∎ Coordinate nursing efforts to ensure that effective patient care is being provided and that quality standards are met.
∎ Ensure that all registers/ documents related to unit are maintaining properly in their area and during the shift duty hours.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to nurses in her units.
∎ Provides feedback and mentoring.
∎ Develops education programs, contributing to staff professional development.
∎ Apply evidence-based healthcare practices and nursing standards
∎ Responsible for directing, organizing and supervising the work hospital nursing staffs in various units.
