Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and job portals.

  • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics to management.
