Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and job portals.
Prepare and present regular recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics to management.
