Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006; and related labor regulations

Good communication (written/verbal in English) & presentation skills, can communicate in Chinese are preferred
Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
Open minded to learning new skillsand constantly thinking about what can be improved
Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skill, particularly expert on excel

Establishment of various company management regulations
Have sufficient knowledge of the Garment industry and be able to identify suitable candidates, handle recruitment procedures to find the right candidates for the right jobs
Provide training on factory regulations when workers enter the factory and organize job and skill training for all employees in the factory
Understand how trade unions work, maintain employee relations and improve labor-management harmony
Ensure HR system smooth operation, and pay monthly salary regularly
Provide analysis of HR-related figures for senior executives to make management decisions
General affairs administration, include factory environmental cleaning, production safety and fire protection
Assist with factory inspections and other related operations
Maintain all license and certificate.
