∎ BBA/MBA in HRM or Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute.
∎ PGDHRM will get preferences .
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ Maintain & proceed with all HR-related work from recruitment to separation
∎ Ensure policy and procedures are in place for best HR practices and update from time to time
∎ To draft and prepare several types of HR Related Letters - Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Office Note, Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter, and so on
∎ To ensure timely evaluation through Performance Appraisal Form (PAF) of employees as per employment contract
∎ To deal with all matters relating to disciplinary actions confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable law & rules
∎ Maintain and update personal files of both existing & separated employees & Update time to time
∎ Prepare, maintain & update Organogram
∎ Assist supervisor and pursue all HR-related issues, responsibilities, and works
∎ Arrange and maintain office ethics, etiquette, and code of conduct
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management APA , PIP
∎ Conduct Departmental training coordination with departmental head.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2Years in a reputable Hotel /Resort
∎ Skills Required: Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HR, and Admin
∎ Knowledge in Hotel Management Software.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making skills
∎ Excellent team management skills
∎ Good communication skills
