Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look to attract, hire, onboard and retain talents for a fast-paced start-up.
∎ Keep track of team and individual KRAs and KPIs achievement.
∎ Prepare strategic reports and forecasts on HR Matrices in line with investment and expected business growth for top management and the board.
∎ Identify training needs and take measures to upskill the team.
∎ Design compensation and benefit for the team members.
∎ Assist others to define and foster a company culture.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven skills in required field.
∎ Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
∎ 4 -5 years of experience in HR function in reputed organizations.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical, prioritization, negotiating and problem-solving skill.
∎ Team player with great entrepreneurial spirit.
∎ Sense of urgency.
