Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh Labor Law, HR Operations, Retail HR, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage HR Operations of Sales Channels.
∎ Conduct Training & Development Programs.
∎ Grievance handling.
∎ Assist, coordinate with other departments regarding HR issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by line management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in HR Operations of Retail Sales Channel.
∎ Hardworking and optimistic.
∎ Willing to continually learn new skills.
∎ Ability to work independently under pressure.
