Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee and manage the entire zonal coordinator team.
- Need to monitor service system software (Ticket/Job basis).
- Communication, Develop and training authorize service center.
- Need to communicate with customer for critical cases.
- Maintain liaison with factory, sales and other department.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Need to send report to external partner.
- Follow up with service software principle for all kind of software issue. Improve RTAT, RRR.
- Need to Visit zone.
- Need to have analytical ability.
- Need to report top management on regular basis.
