Education:

- Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Requirements:

Skills Required: CAD Designing,HVAC Design and Estimation,HVAC or MEP field

- Should have deep knowledge on HAP, ASHRAE Standard, E-20 Cooling sheet, BNBC etc
- Excellent computer proficiency and usage skills at MS Word, Excel, Power Point, outlook, Auto CAD & Revit MEP.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Designed HVAC systems for new construction, commercial and Industrial buildings, including sizing ductwork, piping, and equipment based on building loads/requirement.
- Performed calculations to determine the required airflow rates through various components of a system such as supply air fans, return air grilles, Fresh Air Louver and HEPA Filter.
- Developed drawings using AutoCAD & Revit MEP software that included detailed layouts of Electro-Mechanical systems with dimensions and annotations describing the design intent.
- To analyze Design, BOQ, site & client Requirement and Prepare HVAC project's Financial & Technical offer (Foreign & Local Part) accordingly.
- To know the customs duty policy for the proposed products and calculate net landed cost accordingly also Margin & others estimated amount should be calculated based on the company's guideline.
- Provide Technical Support to the sales people or clients and attend meeting with presentation, where necessary.
- For new items that's price is not available in hand, must forward to the concern vendors to collect price based on the technical requirement.
- To develop Cost Estimation by Latest market price by reviewing weekly or monthly.
- Review BOM (Bill of Material, that's required for project Installation) with the Final quoted quantity & amount before submitting the requisition to the procurement department.
- To Prepare PO after sales confirmation & check PI, CI, PL (Especially Technical part) etc. for hassle free customs clearance.
- Others work when assign by the Authority.
