Responsibilities & Context:

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.
  • Schedule, create, and post content regularly to engage followers and promote brand messaging.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of engaging posts.

Paid Media & Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Monitor paid media budgets, adjust bidding strategies, and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing goals and promotions.

Automated Marketing Journeys:

  • Create and implement automated marketing journeys using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or others to engage customers through targeted social media ads, emails, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Continuously optimize automation workflows for better engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for social media channels and paid campaigns (engagement rates, reach, ROI, conversions, etc.).
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) to assess the performance of posts, ads, and social media strategies, and adjust tactics based on insights.·      Create monthly reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.

Chatbot Management:

  • Implement and manage chatbots across social media platforms to handle common queries, promote self-service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor chatbot interactions, making adjustments as necessary to improve response quality and user experience.
  • Ensure that the chatbot is integrated seamlessly with other marketing systems and tools. 

Customer Query Management:

  • Monitor and manage customer queries on social media platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Escalate complex queries to relevant departments while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
  • Utilize automated systems to address routine inquiries and streamline the query management process.

Bill Management:

  • Processing and managing bills through ERP.

Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to develop content and campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Support team members in executing larger campaigns and projects, providing social media expertise as needed.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth integration of social media responses and customer support.
