Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitating the Entire employee life cycle (Recruitments, Performance & Exit Management).
∎ Leading in all Staff welfare & Event Management activities.
∎ Facilitate the Learning & Development process while attending to key L&D initiatives.
∎ Facilitate all orientation, internal training sessions & knowledge sharing sessions
∎ Administer & monitor the proper implementation of the HRIS and Online PMS
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet
