• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Masters degree in any discipline

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in PGDHRM, Management, or related field).

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, Admin & Compliance in a reputed manufacturing industry (preferably footwear or garments sector).

• Sound knowledge of BSCI, SEDEX, BATA, and other buyer code of conduct audits.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, HR, Admin & Compliance.

Atlas Footwear Ltd. (Factory Complex)

Location: Bhulta, Gauisa, Rupgonj, Narayangonj.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR, administrative, and compliance activities.
• Prepare and update all factory compliance-related documents and ensure regular follow-up.
• Coordinate internal and external audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, BATA, and others.
• Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support management in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and welfare activities.
• Maintain close communication with buyers, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding compliance issues.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills)
