Job Context:
∎ A reputed export based Knit Composite Garments Factory is looking for competent candidates for the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (HR & Compliance).
∎ Job location for the position is at factory office, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible for managing HR & Compliance related activities of the Factory efficiently with minimum supervision.
∎ The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on all Compliance (Social & Environmental) issues , prepare & follow up CAPs , have capacity to manage Buyers Inspection teams & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers requirement.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to make the factory complex always fully compliant as per different Buyers requirement.
∎ The candidate should be able to maintain & sustain compliances issues of the factory as per requirement of ACCORD/RSC.
∎ The candidate should have thorough knowledge on compliance certification (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, GOTS, Oekotex etc.) Issues and compliance related HR documents.
∎ Besides, the candidates should have capacity to handle factory HR & Admin related jobs effectively.

∎ Candidates having minimum 7 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR & Compliance issues of export oriented Readymade Knit Garments Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.

∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
∎ Candidates residing Adjacent to Gazipur/Uttara are preferable.
