Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
∎ The whole industrial production has to be managed by assists with factory managers, or have to take care of all the features associated with a particular plant department. The safety measures have to be followed.
∎ Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately.
∎ Have to attend the scheduled corporate meetings and training.
∎ Conduct performance reviews of employees with assistance from FM.
∎ Prepare operating reports and budgets with assistance from FM.
∎ Ensure all compliance needs are met.
∎ Manage scheduling for a fully operational team.
∎ Develop strategies to increase productivity and production.
∎ Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations.
∎ Optimize productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes.
∎ Practice conflict resolution among departments and employees.
∎ Report and track expenses to reduce costs with assistance from FM.
∎ Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve.
∎ Train new worker/employees accordingly.
∎ Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Ensure all legal requirements, company safety & security procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers with assistance from supervisor.
∎ Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production machines & equipment's with assistance from supervisor.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.
∎ Develop and drive continuous improvement.
∎ Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, people management and others.
∎ Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
∎ Prepare budgets using various forecasting models.
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
∎ Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis.
∎ Analyze factory production data and devising improvement strategies as necessary.
∎ Create production data reports and present them to decision makers.
∎ And all others activities assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
