∎ Conduct performance reviews of employees and coordinate meeting and training sessions
∎ Prepare operating reports and budgets
∎ Develop strategies to increase productivity of production
∎ Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, storage operation and optimize production time by effective process planning
∎ Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve
