Job Context:
∎ A renowned Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidate for the position of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Fabric Production Planning) at its factory, Gazipur.
∎ The factory has capacity of producing 25 tons Gray Fabrics and 30 tons Dyeing Finished Fabrics per day.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible for making effective monthly Fabrics Production Planning of the procured/received orders in coordination with Garments Planning, Marketing & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Production (Knitting & Dyeing) and other related departments of the company.
∎ The ideal candidate has to ensure proper maintenance of TNA in every steps of production and facilitate timely delivery of Finished Fabrics in the Cutting section.
∎ The candidates should have expertise to make Dyeing machine loading plan by using MS Excel/ERP Software .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 5 yrs. of hands on relevant experience in Fabric Production Planning in any reputed Knit Composite Garments/Textile factory are only requested to apply.
∎ Should have hands on experience to make Fabric Production Planning with MS Excel/ ERP Software.
∎ The ideal candidate should have the capacity to make effective fabric production planning and follow up with related employees/department to maintain TNA.
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
