• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in embroidery operations within knitwear garments industry.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Production or a related field.

• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.

• Sound knowledge of embroidery machines, techniques and production planning.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A renowned Knit Composite Garments is looking for a potential candidate for the position Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager – Embroidery at its factory office near Mawna, Gazipur.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire Embroidery Section and ensure achievement of monthly production targets (3.5 lakh pcs capacity).

• Maintain a daily production target value of approximately $1,500 through efficient planning and execution.

• Execute monthly order plans, including both in-house and subcontracted embroidery work.

• Ensure timely production and delivery to meet shipment deadlines.

• Achieve departmental goals by ensuring both quality and quantity standards.

• Provide training and guidance to supervisors and workers on efficient machine and equipment operation.

• Monitor and minimize wastage, ensuring optimal cost efficiency in all operations.

• Coordinate with local markets to source and execute orders during low in-house load periods to maintain daily value targets.

• Ensure profitability of the embroidery section through effective planning and execution.

• Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
